The Economic Times

My trip with Air Serbia has been really good. The seats were comfortable and clever. We had a 2 hrs flight to Belgrade and received free cookies and water, and I was very impressed with the food service. We had complimentary chips and drinks on our next flight, which was 1 hour. During this short flight, I did not want anything to eat. But avoid stopping in Belgrade if you can. I would recommend Air Serbia.

One of the most unstable airlines in Europe: persistent lengthy delays, frequently culminating in missed connections. Lack of competent service on the field and in the air. Unfriendly and rude workers in the car. An unacceptable presiding policy. A very cheap product in general, even worse than a budget airline. Really poor value for money: a rugged low quality service at a higher cost level. It can be stopped at any cost.

Delay in the delivery of flights and baggage. Your luggage will be delayed at 95 per cent because it uses a small plane that meets the take-off weight meaning that it can carry up the first half or even less than 50 per cent of the passenger suite cases that hope that you are lucky enough to get your luggage in the next 6 to 8 weeks. As for this moment, I 'm leaving MXP to Singapore without my suites, so I don't know where I'm going to get it, or maybe I'm not going to, because as of this moment.

Employees are arrogant, uncaring, and they just don't know for customers. Thinking of assisting passengers with their questions and concerns, they shrug them off and keep doing what they're doing until anyone asks them for assistance, that's, zero! Also if I am a Serb myself, I have witnessed firsthand their kindness and their refusal to support many times! That's enough tonight, as far as I'm concerned, I wouldn't want Air Serbia! There are far more carriers that are much better off than they are. Not to mention that, cheaper.
