I liked the seat 's consistency. Quite good stewards, quite polite. On the way out, the food was not fine, but on the way out. Yes, the very alert field staff (check-in). I propose I really liked the quality of the seat Last curators trained to a diet was not good on the way back but on the way it was good yes to the workers (check-in)

I just want to mention something about the people working with the luggage. I was supposed to pick up my bag from customs and search it back when I arrived in Chicago from Vienna, Austria, before I got on my second DFW flight. However, I was ignorant of this, so I did not search my bag again. The United team was really good, no matter my mistake. They took my information and delivered my bag to my home in less than 24 hours! They were all competent and supportive, and I was really impressed!

I took 7 flights over a 2-week period in March 2020 between the US and Canada. Despite working through such a difficult period, the workers were very welcoming. I had the impression that "we've just been through this before." I found that when making a few flight switches, I paid twice / double for upgrades from economy to luxury economy. I've contacted United via their customer support site.

United workers have been most helpful in locating a flight during this virus repatriation. Booking, rebooking, the airline workers were both friendly, polite, and sweet!
