I'm a health care worker with life to save, but evidently they couldn't care less! They cancelled my flight without an e-mail or phone call. And I was angry as I tried to figure out a way to save my life in the face of this Coronavirus! Truly a heartless and unprofessional business if I've ever seen one of them!

Completely distasteful. I couldn't make it to our trip because our home country was locked up because of the flu. United wouldn't issue a refund because they're not refundable. I guess that's what they're saying me. Never using the airline again. And wouldn't recommend that to anyone, because if anything happens, you won't get your money back!
