The airplane was very fresh, there was a little mess on the floor of my room, so I told the flight attendant. Unfortunately, this could not be fully avoided and I had to take this seat or switch to another seat (no window). The food was great and very delicious. The service was fine, and they didn't really do anything wrong. The flight attendants, though, did not seem to smile much. Not sure why the entertainment system wasn't available until a while into the flight. Otherwise, it's been a pleasant ride.

I decided to change my flight back to Germany in order to be able to fly straight to Frankfurt rather than to Paris. Aid at Air Canada Saskatoon could not have been more beneficial. They've changed my flights, booked my seats, and don't charge me anything. Yeah, thank you, Air Canada!

Air Canada sent an empty plane to Cancun last week to make way to a variety of passengers, including my wife and me, who were stuck in Mexico. The trip from Cancun to Toronto was just a half full ride. While AC did not make any money on this trip, they are surely to be praised for their efforts on our behalf. Well done to our regional carrier. We were very happy that you came, took us and brought us safely back to Canada. Thank you, thank you very much.

My flight was cancelled at the last minute and I had to spend 80 dollars for the bus back to London. Since then, I've been seeking to get reimbursement and refunds, and I've sent an email that I can't get a refund.
