I have to admit that the check-in, the boarding process, on flights were well-coordinated and smooth, all the employees were attentive when needed, however, they left you when needed. All the employees were amazing and very professional. We travel Air Canada daily and occasionally things go wrong, they're typically out of the hands of the staff, and our experience is that they're all professional and polite. Air Canada, you know that your company continues to do what you do, even because you're amazing at it!
