"Friendly and helpful staff" The airport has friendly and most helpful security staff! There's free wi-fi and a cafe before and after security. Not good food selection but enough to hold you over and better than you could expect in an airport this size.

"A dark disorganized mess inside" In this airport has the dirtiest airport toilets. Being quite far from downtown, expect to pay between 25 and 30 euros by taxi (I paid 33 from the bus station) unless you take the convenient city bus 78 wich only costs 2 euros. This airport is gloomy, disorganized and dirty. Let's hope for future fresh developments for this infrastructure.

"security was confusing" I Arrived at airport before time and after getting boarding pass i have to go on another counter to baggage check-in. Security checks staff is a bit rude but the worst aspect was the gates. The gate numbers were all muddled up and had not been updated for 3-hours - lots of confused passengers.
