The Economic Times

"Great EXperience" It’s a huge airport, with a great deal of stuff for everyone to do. There is lot of food options of all kind od coffee shops. The waiting area also is very comfortable and spacious with almost all the facilities. The underground is directly linked to tube and rails, with customer support during the day. There are multiple stories for travellers to buy stuff like electronics, edibles, SIM cards, drinks and books to keep themselves busy. Totally up to your expectations.

"Well done Terminal 3!" Well done Terminal 3! Departed from there yesterday to Miami with my wife. Unfortunately she had just twisted her knee and was struggling to walk far, but all the staff were very polite and helpful. Security was polite and professional. One member of staff offered to get my wife a wheelchair, but she declined as she thought she could manage. Again at the gate all staff were polite and helpful. Just to let everyone there know that we appreciated your great attitude!

"Idiotic systems and procedures" I am travelling from Edinburg to Mexico. As I already go through security at Edinburgh and nowhave to go through it again when arriving in London. I’m in Transit as I have not left the Airport / I am arriving at the same Terminal that I am leaving from to go on my International Flight . It will be a different story if I have left the Airport, spent a few hours in London and then returned - that I get! Sounds too much like common sense to Heathrow? But they deal with idiotic systems and procedures that bear no resemblance to reality / order. The staff are also very stupid / rude and arrogant.

"Received nothing but helpful and cheerful service" Had to return home early due to Coronavirus. The airport was extremely busy. We received nothing but helpful and cheerful service from all staff. Thank you guys for a job more than well done.
