"It doesn't improve" Large line for visa counter, irritable officer. Toilets are unpleasant but worst there were no baggage trollies. Used this airport many times & it doesn't improve.

"The worst airport ever" Till date the wrongest airport ever. Staff are superior, everything is offensive and crowded with no seats. With 3 kids this is the worst ending of our vacation to Crete. I wont come back.

"Absolute disgrace of an airport" Never gonna arrive at this airport again. Staff are unfriendly, Checkin queue was long the absolute disgrace of an airport.

"Airport is too small" It is worst airport in Europe. Toilets are dirty, there are long queues at counter, the staff was very unfriendly, AC not working. Wifi was not working. Airport is just too small for the amount of passengers.
