How in God's name can a terminal that has thousands of passengers go through it every day have 6 sockets to charge iPhones-it's a joke-maybe a smart project planner will create one beside the seats. Frankly, there's no more.

I was in Dublin and spent a week here and in Galway. The city is safe and the people are so cool. I was flying with Air Lingus! I've never had a negative experience in this city before I've been through pre-customs. I confessed that I purchased two pieces of fruit at the airport, and he told me I had to throw it out. Without doubt, I tossed them out. I came back to him constantly reminding me that I was a child, so I behaved as if anyone had died. He just kept criticizing me. I hope he doesn't do that about any of us. I'm not happy to leave this place. Any employee should treat his or her clients with dignity. I assume the this would have an effect on his rudeness.

Safety was too arrogant, unhelpful and insensitive. The boss was worse off! I didn't tell me how to use the red trays with my husband's medicinal cream that didn't work in the ting tubes. It's terrible!

This was only returning from Dublin airport. Nice experience with a good booking experience. Defense was chaotic, but it was smooth, so there was a little babble with the security officer when my bag showed up, and he saw that I was smuggling tea bags. The airport was quiet and we had a good meal at the Harvester Restaurant (T2). All was running like clockwork. Much prefer Dublin to Belfast Int, so I'm not put aback by the 100-mile journey.
