"the queues were gigantic" Horrible. Horrible. Horrible ! Landed at DEL from PBH with a substantial e-Visa. The e-Visa counters were often kept an eye on by immigration officials, while the lines were terrible. A few executives left yet were not replaced. The whole circumstance was an absolute rudeness. I question why DEL got a Skytrax rating when it takes an hour and a half to cross migration.

"Good shopping experience" Great Airport. Great shopping experience. The crew at counters were very helpful. The Airport tends to get full and you may have to expect long lines at the ticketing counters and the immigration.

"Inadequate and inefficient staff" Amongst the poor airports in the world- along with Air India one of the worst airlines. Huge lines, at least twice - 1 at check-in, another at security. Poor and unproductive staff with down processes. Not sure how they were awarded the best airport award by Skytrax.

"Frequent repair or frequent services” The airport holds its standard except for some things. The phone charging pin and secure lock and pin tablets were working fine as on another airports they seesm to be broken. Frequently checks for all the amenties are working fine or not ? The young female at the information desk was so welcoming. She might be considering that the airport belongs to her and welcoming every one with sweet gesture.
