By the end of April 2020 I had a ticket to Barcelona to Rome and I decided to change my route and skippe Italy with the Coronavirus. I call to exchange and I've been told that the flight won't be exchanged or cancelled. I wish I could send to 0 stars how bad it was. I lost my income. I lost my wealth.

I had a poor day at the airport I was leaving, but this airline has certainly made my night good again! The employees were quite helpful and all orders were clearly outlined throughout the aircraft. I had a really pleasant experience from the moment I reached the aircraft until the moment I left! The team is really accommodating and happy to support you with anything you need. Wifi is a really quick and cheap 3 €complete ride. Prices are very small for drinks on board, so this is certainly one of the better low-cost airlines to travel in Europe. I will certainly suggest this airline because the rates are small, but the service is also really good.

Both the ground staff and the flight crew are awesome. We also loved the USB port. I saw Lola at checkin, then again at Madrid's boarding room. Her courteousness and honesty are exceptional. It seems like she very enjoys her work and the treatment of the travelers. I've flown a lot, but rarely do I meet someone as genuine in her hospitality as Lola. Hope someone sees this from the organization and recognizes it in every way. The pilot did not make scripted remarks, but was also honest in his welcome and farewell. I intruded the flight attendants to inquire about an cheap commodity for sale in the in-flight journal, and they went out of their way to be supportive. Can't hope for better support all over the city.

Vueling cancelled my flight because of COVID19. Eventually, I called an agent who claimed I will obtain a complete refund in 8 weeks. Four hours later, I get an e-mail claiming that my reimbursement application has been denied and that I do not get a reimbursement.
