The airplane was very clean, Takeoff & landing on time. I loved the video on safety. Seats are comfy & big. Cabin Crew was very much polite & Helpful.

There is very worst customer service , i have been mailing for last 1.5 month but there is no response. Lack of communication. Although fligh were cancelled due to corona which is understandable.
