It was a lovely flight, the cabin crew was pleasant and the hospitality was also very nice. The food was lovely too. One of the cabin crew was not well but the other members of the crew took over her job and it was great teamwork. Hats off to their lovely staff.

Excellent experience on a budget airline. Found the cabin and washroom cleaned. Chairs are also comfortable. The only I want to mention is that they should cover many more routes.

We waited for 14 hours to board the flight which is annoying. I am Very disappointed with the service of Spicejet. This happened to me with no empathy from the airline.
