This was my return to Russia. It was my home. A recent B737-MAX8 had been flying. Flight dedicated to the cabin of business. In the corporate cabin just 8 seats. Great to make new friends! No beds are flat and there are lots of legroom and seats very comfortable. Skilled and attentive flight attendant. This was very good food. It was great.

The only company I use to fly to Russia. Great service. Tickets that are really cheap. You are the only organization that has benefits before achieving silver status that requires a total of 20/20000 miles (e.g. free baggage after 12 flights have been completed). The crew was friendly (as always), food items (for a cost savings ticket) and the seats comfortable on this particular flight. They will continue to grow highly recommended and hopefully!

Slow onboard activity and lax field staff. Since I had told the cabin flight attendants, again and again, two hours to get my tomato juice.

Excellent check-in, time and procedure for boarding and flight itself experience. Boarding was easy and effective, check-in was smooth. The plane was fresh, the legroom nice, and astonishingly good in-flight snack. We landed 20 minutes earlier than anticipated, the total flight time was around 2h. Big ratings for S7 in general.
