Fantastic at helping me. London to Melbourne via Doha. I would appreciate the delightful staff at check-in at Heathrow. They were so kind and incredible at helping me stay calm at this unfortunate time and did the check-in process very calm.

The seat is really good. The most suitable aircraft. The seat is big, broader than other aircraft. Everything is clean, the meal is nice and full, choices of mains and drinks. The section that I like the most is the presentation of the security message. This airway makes in interactive yet humorous ways to talk about it.

Good service. Helsinki to Delhi via Doha. Excellent service from Helsinki to Doha but very hectic and disordered from Doha to Delhi. Overall, got a feel that cabin crew were under great stress - not very nice for the customer. The food was okay.
