The Economic Times

Worst customer service. The answer is constantly the same whenever you call. There is a two-hour wait due to the large size of calls. No call back option exists. The premium economy cabin is not nearly as good. We will never use Qantas again.

Check in was easy and the plane depart on time. Seats are flat. The food was quite good and as always , the wine was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Cabin crew was amazing they allowed me to upgrade my seat to Business class for free. I would recommend this airline any day for amazing service.

Flights canceled due to Coronavirus. No problem. But I can't get through to Airline by phone or their app. Been waiting on a response on app for 9 hours. Due to fly in 2 days and simply can't get through. I realize they are busy but this is ridiculous. Simply not good enough.
