Nice support, guy. Spacious cabin with surprisingly ample legroom that even tourists will step out of the window without the occupant going up. Appropriately, he 's got a customized Set.

We were asked to cancel our flight from Manila to Osaka by the Philippine Airline. We were surprised to learn from our airline that the Japanese flight is non-refundable and non-cancellable on the grounds of PALS rules and will have to pay a $350 rebooking charge for our cancelled flight from San Francisco to Manila. Philippine Airlines has refused to grant refunds for travel cancellations. It is a sound and rational business strategy to refund cancelled flights, particularly in times of crisis, when the passenger is left with little option at all.

Buy an excess baggage in front of your hand. Upon check-in, the workers advised me I didn't have one. Following a chat, I actually thought the manager had noticed out I had extra luggage.

All and all, decent support. Clean aircraft, food is perfect, timing and arrival sequence is good. As expected, the check-in and departure experience at Manila was not pleasant, but not special to this carrier, nor to the airport itself. Overall, there was no difference from recent flights on Cathay Pacific or Qantas, save for much slower check-in experience.
