It was the first time and the last time that I travel with this airline. All of my souvenir from Dubai in my baggage was broken. You could ask for a blanket as the AC was in the max of cold. Everything was chargeable with ridiculous prices. My luggage got broken during the traveling. The plain smelt horrible and the toilets were very dirty.

I flew with my wife from Dubai to Istanbul and back, and I was shocked at the price of the 2-way ticket and reviewed the ratings for this airline, however, I can guarantee you that the speed, operation and internal aircraft are worth the quality they are providing 100%. I was absolutely pleased with the option of this airline and the flight. Thank you so much!

Quite competent, friendly , supportive, attentive crew in the cabin. Seat pitch was very fine, but the seating was not very convenient. I was alone in the three-seater board. While the take-off was a little early, the flight arrived on schedule. The pre-purchased sandwich was pretty good, the rates for the beverages are fair, the thumbs up for the beer on the domestic short-haul and all that on a low-cost trip. Quite an unexpected and pleasant surprise to anyone who has seen low-cost European flights.

My friend and I have to claim that our ride from Antalya to Stockholm on October 21 , 2019, was great! I rode in the cabin with my husband, too. The staff were excellent. A big thank you I've got to send to Bugra, you made our journey so enjoyable and unforgettable. We 're looking forward to flying with Pegasus again.
