Ground atmosphere was bad, shortage of room in non-schengen section of the departures, really sluggish boarding, bus to the aircraft (remember, we 're thinking about an airline where 2-hour travel costs at least EUR 300 for the economy class). A compact plane, but with a large seat capacity, one of the two toilets has been blocked for business class travelers, but I haven't seen either of them on a trip. Just simple beverages (coffee , tea and water) and a small snack are given.
