I've been flying with Delta a lot of times, and I enjoyed it. The cabin crew is so sweet, the food is great, the seats are comfortable, it's awesome! I fly Delta airlines twice every season, so I can go to Tennessee. The cabin crew, including the pilots, are really professional. All and all, I respect Delta airlines.

The cabin crew was really nice, which is a positive thing. The seat is convenient, and spacious for a tall human. The meal had been perfect for me.

On April 8th, Los Angeles to Frankfurt. My flight from LA to Amsterdam, due to the coronavirus, was declared to be postponed for 2 hours and I will not have entered my connecting flight to Frankfurt (the only one during the day). So my flight was canceled online and I was informed I should get a voucher. Finally, I got a reply that it will take us many weeks to issue the voucher! I hope I could run out of here.

Our daughter was able to come home safely from the other end of the world thanks to KLM, although it took some days and a rebooking. KLM became the first carrier to deliver the rebooking to the multiple passengers around the world as much as possible. Our family used to travel KLM very frequently and were still fortunate to have quite nice crews!
