Frankfurt to Changsha, January 2020. Overall, the service was very satisfactory. In fact, at the early stage of the spread of the virus, the airline and cabin crew took extra precautions to ensure health and protection, which was encouraging and much needed. Thanks to all the cabin crew members who have made fantastic efforts to locate the missing object and have continued to help even days after our arrival. Okay, enjoyed!
