This reservation was in the shape of a party vacation and we had to check in instead of bag drop. All the zones were correct for our destination according to the screen test, but we were sent from one zone into another (which was not helpful considering the scale of the T5 in hall) Finally we were able to find assistance, but it was a shrug of the shoulder-particularly if we found out we were seated independently; it was only when there was a family with two young children. Fortunately, this was done by the cabin crew by delivering a fabulously serviceable flight, constructive and polite approach. I thanked them and respected them.

Hong Kong to London. Nice airline! Fantastic airline! Personnel is supportive and polite! The plane was very quiet. The departments are different. Will fly again probably.

The plane is very old with small screens and plenty of entertainment that transforms into a + 10 hours problem. The 1-hour lay-off was an accident. For me, the workers are bad and disregarded.

I would very much like to compliment the stewards of this flight on their professionalism. Someone had falsely accused me of traveling from Goa to Mumbai and of coughing all the way home. I haven't been on this flight, but the passenger couldn't hear me on his tumult when I said it again and again. This condition was handled by the stewards with caution, patience and great courtesy. Both workers will actually work in tough situations. We sacrifice more than anyone so that travelers and business owners will get back home safely, and I would really like to thank our team for what they have done.
