Poor operation, guy. Asked to switch to the emergency row because the normal row is too small to my height (1.93 cm) and it hurts my legs. The response was no because I'm having trouble with my hands. Ridiculous, guy. I often travel in the emergency row, and I'm fully capable of that. There wouldn't be a question if they had regular leg space.

Quite qualified workers, the aircraft was clean. It's even better now that they're not charging a lot like they used to, and providing a great service.

On time, the flights were. On 30 Nov 2019, we had a problem with a pilot hit and we had to pay for hotels with no allowance for another night. Aircraft is clean and in good shape. The seat was covered with leather and good legroom. 3 hours Inflight service. It was a very easy 50 min flight. Cookie and water or soft drink. The workers were polite and professional on their trip. They offer upgrades but both times, although the seats available, we did not approve our bid. They didn't look great but they also weren't bad. Healthy experience. Good experience.

Horrible service, the flight from Buenos Aires to Rio de Janeiro was expected to leave at 6:20 p.m. and was postponed until 2:15 p.m. the next morning, more than 8 hours waiting and nobody knew something, giving us a voucher to eat in a bad spot called La Churrasquita. It's meant to give us a voucher to pick where we live, and a place to sit and sleep!
