The Economic Times

The way the company treats its clients is gross. Repeating over a series of times, he lied, saying that the aircraft was there, and that the aircraft had not been in repair over 20 minutes, and that it was 1h 30min and then no aircraft (again). It was all over again. Three times changed to multiple doors. From 12 to 8 o'clock. Did not offer any hotel, just after 5am when you cannot check in anyway. I will not even continue but this went on for a while. Worst ever.

Check-in easily instantly, nice lounge, secure boarding, on-time flights and convenient seating. Quite deceitful service for meals. Breakfast was made into nuts and a treat of cocoa. Travel without incidents and luggage collected easily at arrival. Frequent flyer miles used to protest having not being paid.

At JFK ,the plane was changed at the last moment to the first Boeer 787 with 2-2-2 seat layout from the new Boeing 787. Sleeves are placed in a bed, but they're not as comfortable as the new one. The menu is extremely bad.

The airline paid for our new flight, hotel and breakfast, and was cancelled. Only 3 minutes was time to wait for the cell. I'd certainly tell others about this airline.
